It highlights the distinctive flavours of Nova Scotia's apples and helps preserve local traditions while promoting sustainability and industry growth.
To earn the Red Sky Appellation, ciders must be made from 100% Nova Scotia-grown apples, meet strict standards, and pass an annual test by an independent tasting panel. This mark ensures quality, authenticity, and a true taste of the region!
