Today, we honour those traditions by leveraging the global marketplace to import top-quality, international ingredients into our cellar. We are proudly crafting those ingredients into wines that will bring a vibrant variety of flavours to the palates of Nova Scotians today.

Named for the historic wharves of the Bay of Fundy, where generations of craftsmen shaped vessels that would sail the world's oceans. These approachable table wines combine select varietals to create a versatile companion to meals served in our dockside Restaurant and Taprooms. Like the skilled shipwrights who once worked these docks, our House wines demonstrate precision and artistry. Enjoy a glass as you overlook the same waters that have sustained our community for centuries.

Named in honour of Ebenezer Bigelow, the master shipwright whose Kingsport shipyard crafted 67 vessels, this Merlot embodies craftsmanship and tradition. Bold and rich like its namesake, this authentic wine delivers a robust experience reflecting the determination that shaped our maritime history.

Each bottle features the authentic blueprint of Bigelow's famous Spring Bird barquentine on its label, honouring our shipbuilding heritage while offering a playful twist on classic notes. Every glass delivers a taste of golden days when worries were left on shore, promising endless possibilities.
Our Mabel B. sparkling wines pay tribute to the strength and grace of the women who have shaped our maritime heritage. Feminine and delightfully light, these effervescent offerings celebrate the often-unsung heroines of shipbuilding communities—the wives who supported their craftsman husbands through both storms and calm seas. The collection is named after Mabel Bigelow, the devoted wife of Ebinezer's grandson, Halle, who named one of his most famous vessels after her. Like Mabel herself, these sparkling wines embody a balance of quiet strength and joyful character, making them refreshing and elegant options perfect for celebrations or any moment that deserves a touch of maritime-inspired charm.
